Thank you for contacting me. The weather is great! Temperatures are now really going up. I hope you are having luck as well with the weather. But soon you will be able to enjoy the sun out here! The site is looking great! The driving range is already looking lovely green. And we have now started with seeding the rest of the golf course; we have started with seeding the greens and soon we will start as well with the fairways and the roughs. And then everything suddenly will start to look green!
Here are the answers to your questions
As planned the water sewage will go to the already built water treatment plant of Corvera. What we will do is realize like extensions of this plant progressively when necessary as it is not convenient having a Macro plant prepared for 1800 properties working from the start if this is not necessary.
No, phase 4 is not on hold. It is the phase that we our sales department is selling at the moment.
Everything is in process in order to have everything ready for handing over your property. Very soon I will contact you to inform you when completion can take place.
We are working on the sport installations. The changing rooms for these installations are finished and we expect to have everything ready to use next month as planned.
