Hi All
Was over in corvera last week staying in our newly completed Tilo, the site is starting to look very good.
Most of the swimming pools need to be drained and cleaned though due to rain and mud from the surrounding gardens washing into the pools, work had started on this.
The clubhouse is coming on quite quick, with several builders working on it during the week, golf course greening up well, and looking good.
There was also a lot of builders working on other parts of the site, with little noise and disruption to us.
Unfortunately we did have some rain and damp come in to our apartment from the rain the week before our stay, there is also evidence of this happening to other apartments on site so i would advise all to check this on your first visits, however i asked for the builders to come up and look at the damp problem, which they did, they have advised me that they will cure the problem within the next week, i do hope so as we now have furniture, so i have and will continue to be keeping the pressure on corvera to chase this work to be completed ASAP.
Over all we were impressed with the way things are going.
P.S.
The fire works for the corvera fiesta were excellent, they went on for 3 consecutive nights, we thought is was a welcome to spain for us!!
