Advise please

We have finally been given a completion date for our spanish dream. 3 years down the line!! We are due to complete on our appartment in Jardines 8 on 3rd Aug 2009. What happens next? We would appreciate any advise on things that would need to be sorted before we move in, particularly the aircon. Do you have any recomendations and what sort of price are we looking at? We are also looking for accomodation from 30 july for a week. if anyone has an apartment to rent for the week or would be willing to let us have their apartment for a week in return for a week in our's any time from middle of august onwards then pleaswe let us know. looking forward to begining our spanish adventure (AT LAST)

I have a 3 bed ground floor apt. on Naranjos 7 that is available between 28th July and 18th August. Use the link in my signature to view the property.
As a new owner you can have it for €150 per week.

For aircon I used Polarair. I think they have an ad on EOS with Gary's phone number,

Congratulations on your forthcoming completion.

We also used Gary at Polarair for our air con - my husband (Paul) is an air conditiioning engineer in the UK and would be happy to have a chat with you about the various different systems and options that you have for air con.  We have been very impressed with Gary and believe me, his work was subject to great scrutiny from the expert!
