APOLIGIES NEEDED FROM ME ALLAN(removal man)

Hi all

i would just like to take this oppertunity to offer my apoligies to the people

i feel i have let down with my last few deliveries

valued repete customers 1and 2

no excueses to be made...

all i can say is as some of you are aware. after my experiance in Valencia lately.

i have needed to step up security of your goods and although i can secure my window grills  in the front of my van

i still need to leave a bit of space to squeeze my self in to the back and side doors to bolt lock them on a night from the inside

and although my trailer is now welded on to my van for security.

i have been caught unaware  that needing to get in the back of van to lock doors on a night

i didnt realise how much space i was wasting and could not fit all the goods on witch i normally could

and as i still comit to sleep with your goods for security reasons

i have spent 3 hours with my local police force to help advise me so i can get back to full capascity again

all i can say to you all is SORRY;;;;

I am sure people will understand that you operate alone and there will be delays sometimes which are beyond your control, and that as you are on the road a lot you sometimes cannot contact people right away cos you cannot drive and use a phone.

I am told that have loads of insurance so peoples goods are safe, and this will make people feel happier even if things arrive a bit late.

I think that you are very brave and the attempted robbery when you were parked up at the roadside in valencia must have been very scary ,but I guess it helps keep your costs down by sleeping in your van even if it means you cant fit as much in now.

Things go wrong, we all understand that but...

Communication is key in those instances!

Hi Allan,

Always have and always will be a big supporter of yours.  I know how genuine and hard working you are.  You have to spend a long time away from your family, and you charge a better than a fair price for all it involves  You operate alone and therefore if circumstances happen beyond your control, then you have to re- jig everything.  Did I really think buying a property in Spain was going to be trouble free.  Of course not.  But this is just a mere hiccup that was outside your control.  For those of you who think "I'm alright" let me assure you, that I too was affected by these circumstances, and I am still awaiting a delivery.  But would I like to swap jobs with this man?  No chance.  Maybe I've adapted to the Spanish way of life, Manana manana manana..  Or perhaps I just know this is a genuine bloke, and it will get done given time.
