Mailbox Keys

Hi everyone!

We haven't picked up our mailbox key for our Jardines apartment.

Where do you pick them up from? Last time we were over we did ask a the main customer services but were told we had to go to the old white portacabin offices but they never seemed to be open?

Yes that's where you get them from but I'm not sure when they are open.

hi,

on our last visit in may the white portacabins were closed permanantly and their department were shifted to the sales office/ showrooms ( red building on outer road ). failing that you may have to collect them at their head office in balsicus where they now also keep your guarantees etc.

 We picked our mailbox keys up from the portacabin when we were over last month. RPM are based in there now and I think there's someone there every week day (apart from between 2-4ish).
