I was out there a few weeks ago for 10 days. I had a great time...as usual, you know me.
The development was being showed to prospective buyers on a daily basis, the gardeners were there. As was Alfonso and his colleague, Alfonso is a pleasant chap who is very willing to help if you have a problem. Our first five days we had a real problem with the water and electric going off on a daily basis, but it stopped the last five days...so maybe they were working on it, ready for us to take over our own services and come off of builders supply. They were working on the road every day and it will make a huge improvement for us when we can go to the port that way. The pools serving blocks 5/6 and 4/11 are both working.
Generally the area seemed a little quieter, maybe… or am I just looking more than I was last year. The restaurants were doing a trade and the bars were relatively busy. All in all I thoroughly enjoyed myself and I am still so pleased that I bought there.
