Has anyone been successful in getting their refund thanks to the advice about going to Town Hall with IBI receipts etc posted by John?
Or has anyone found their cheque has come into the Office at the bottom of the hill and if so which Manzana and Block are you in please?
We are out in May and will be trying yet again, been asking for nearly two years now.
