Balcones

Does anybody know how many people have completed @ Balcones? if people could post on eye on Spain it would give us all a better indication of how things are progressing.

I totally agree with a previous post regarding Mirador, it would be far better for everybody concerned if they transfered to Balcones.

We will be the first to post an answer to comment below re who has purchased and completed the purchase of property at Balcones and how many properties they include.

We have completed on one property and that is Town House No 04 on the developers plan. It is now addressed as Calle Oxford, 22.

We go over on Thursday for 6 days and have now had air conditionioning installed. It should be much warmer in the house this time as the aircon heats the house much better than the inadequate heaters installed by the developer. It will also cool the house in the summer months.

Others, please keep the post coming, we can all then work out who has purchased, completed, or still to complete at Balcones. Also, it would help us all to know who has purchased at Mirador and may be waiting for some time to complete.

Hi all,

We completed towards the end of last summer and moved in to apartment ground floor B-F in September. We go over as often as we can for short periods at the moment and will be going over again in mid March. We agree that air conditioning would be a great improvement over the radiators and hope to install some time in the future.

Hope to meet up eventually with everyone else who has contributed to the forum.

Hi Everybody,

As most of you know already, we have lived in Apartment 2C since the end of August last year.  We were recently given a list, by Rudina, of those who had completed their property purchase,( in order to contact everyone regarding British satellite TV),  and it amounts to 28 altogether - 17 of whom we know are British.  We suspect that at least 3 others are Brits and the rest are Spanish.  We also know of one other in the process of completing, which means there are still more than half of the 82 properties still unsold!!

We agree too that it would be advantageous for all concerned if Mirador purchasers swapped to Balcones.

Mirador's crane was working all day yesterday, but all seems to have stopped again today, I'm afraid!  However, there is work going on in the Commercial Centre today.  It is nowhere near completion, apart from one room downstairs, which is obviously going to be a bar, and even that looks like taking a few weeks yet.
