Electric and Water Meters

Hi

Can anyone tell me if the mains electric and water meters are in place at Balcones? Any updates on this would be very welcome also.

The water meters are connected now, we believe,although we haven't had any paperwork yet, and we've been told by Rudina that the electric company are due to take over on 12th February, and will have completed the work by 17th.  Since we moved in here in August we have been told on several occasions that this was going to happen - hopefully this time it will - we'll see!!!!

Can you confirm if the electricty was sorted on the 17th please, or are you still battling with the generator?

Hi Everybody,

No - the electricity wasn't done by the 17th and we've had some fun with it in the last few days, but it's been off today again, and we've been told that it's because the electricity people have been working on it - but as we've been out all day we don't know for sure.  We'll let you all know when we know anything for certain.  Sorry we can't be more definite!!

Hi there, I have a question with regards to the electricity and water issues at Balcones. What is it you are waiting for? I understand from my solicitor if the habitation licence is in place then the owners contact the service providers personally and get the services connected. Is there a reason why this is not happening? Thanks so much for all your replies and information on this matter.
