Hello everyone.

I am going down to the Balcones de Iznalloz, first week in February to have a look for myself and to see if everything is functioning.

If you have any questions that I can raise with any representatives on site, let me know.

regards

hi revenueman

before eli went she told us that pepe would be concentrating on finishing the commercial centre. it would be good if you could let us know of the progress there and also if the situation regarding the electricity supply is any closer to being resolved.

regards

woody

Hi everyone,

I was over this week for a few days. I didn't get to speak to Pepe or anyone else from Rudina but I noticed that work is progressing on the commercial centre. The good news is that it will be in their interests to get it finished and up and running to attract sales and rentals. The electricity is still on the builders supply. That will be a problem when more people are there. But again it is in their interests to get it sorted as they are paying for it at the moment.
It was cold at night and in the morning. The installed radiators are not really sufficient at this time of year.

Look forward to hearing any more news,

Mike

Hi Alison,

I didn't have any problems with the power supply but there weren't many people around and also some of the time was weekend when the builders wouldn't have been using the supply. In the longer term it will be an issue when more people go over, though it should be warmer and we will not need the heaters on.

I look forward to seeing your comments following your next visit. Enjoy the Sierra Nevada too.

Mike

Hi everyone,

thanks for you messages I got time to correspond to some but not all, apologies for that!

I will look in to every query I was asked and some other too.

The ski lockers is a good one and the commercial complex is another.

My thing now is to get the place furnised and rented out.

I thought there was a IKEA in Granada but I have heared the unit there is only a distribution center and not retail, I will find this out too.

I will take photo's and try and video some too.

Maybe see some of you now or later on.

cheers

hi revenueman

not sure if this is useful info to you but anyway......

we furnished our house using IKEA at malaga, a granada store was due to be built this year but whether that goes ahead now remains to be seen .

we went to our local IKEA in cardiff decided everything we wanted for the house in spain and got staff to convert the cardiff code numbers for the malaga code numbers ( they are not the same) and then handed this to the staff in malaga. it worked brilliantly and saved us hours of time.

hope it helps

cheers

alison
