They're coming to connect the mains water and electric this week. If your lawyer is signing for you, you need to check with them that it's done. Otherwise it seems that you'll have to deal directly with the suppliers and then it may be a few days before you get connected. It would be awful to arrive for a visit and find you were water and electric-less!! Once the mains are connected, each individual house or apartment's supply is sealed off until you sign, and Rudina can't help as it's then out of their hands.
