Hi Hal,

Just come back from holiday and seen your post.  NO,  there is nothing seriously wrong with Balcones at all!!  We've lived here permanently since August 2008 and can honestly say that we love it!! Like any other new development it's had one or two teething problems - but not many - and Rudina, the developers, have helped as much as they could to solve any problems quickly.

Our electricity works fine - and , although it seems we've had to pay  excessive amounts to Sevillana for connection, and upgrade to more Kw, it won't mean we USE more electricity over a month, but it will mean we don't get the fuses tripping all the time - especially in winter!!

All we can tell you is that there are some very friendly people who have completed here, and the views are spectacular - winter or summer - it's a lovely place to live - or holiday.

If there's anything else you'd like to know just send us a Private Message and we'll do our best to help.

Hi Mike and Everybody,

We too noticed the dates were wrong on the Authorisation Form, so I've contacted Eva, the Administrator and asked her to re-send them to cover 12 months, as this was agreed at the last 'meeting,'  If you don't get a revised version in the next couple of days,  perhaps it would be best if everyone else contacted her as well.  The meeting is on the 11th April.

Hi Everybody,

No - the electricity wasn't done by the 17th and we've had some fun with it in the last few days, but it's been off today again, and we've been told that it's because the electricity people have been working on it - but as we've been out all day we don't know for sure.  We'll let you all know when we know anything for certain.  Sorry we can't be more definite!!
