I will be at Balcones from Thusday evening 11th December until Sunday lunchtime 14th December. Is any other owner there at the same time, if so look me up at No 4. I am fitting outstanding light fittings in the bathroom and upper sun terrace. Also hope to get some wardrobes this time and test out the digi box that has been fitted, thanks Phil.
Does anyone know how many investers have completed, how many still to complete and how many have dropped out? The credit crunch has not done us any favours, particularly those investing to sell, we are investing for holiday rental, personal use and future retirement.
