What is the deal then.

How and when is Sky TV available

Are there any spanish hooked up to the EYOS forums who are living on Condado who could advise or someone close to Polaris who is in the know.

We are surely not the only ones interested in finding out how and when Sky will be available.

Last we heard was that PW's own tv service package would be available in November for a 1 off 400 euro fee. I think thats whats been on offer on other resorts but in some cases people have been able to access SKY (with their own spare box). However I dont think its certain that the signal will be 100% because PW can mess with the signal. I imagine the only other way would be to have a discrete dish hidden somewhere.

Has anyone had success with sky box yet ?. I am over 2nd Dec and do not know if I should bring box over or not.

PW have not yet announced that the signal is available, so it won't be working for anyone as yet.  Same with landline telephone and Internet.

I'm still taking my box over on Dec 6th and I'll report back after that.

LAST WEEK

Thank you for your message! Right now, the Telecom Service is not active yet on Condado de Alhama Golf Resort. We are already working on it, but we cannot confirm a date when it will be ready. This means that we do not have any details on how these things will be handled on this Resort. On the other Resorts we offer our DG-Box (Polaris World decoder), which allow our customers to see foreign channels. With a special adapter it is possible to connect a card which people bring from their own country, but again, right now it is unfortunately too early to give any details on how this will be handled on Condado.

We hope to have some more information by the end of the year.
