Beware hiring a car after 11:00pm at Alicante May cost an extra 35 euros. 

You do only get told this once you have paid. 

Does anyone know who doesn't charge extra after 11:00 pm if so please let me know before I do the same with another company.

ERentals definitely charge. If you then try to cancel it's 20 euros. 

The charge was 35 euros to start with meaning the rental doubled as we land at 11:00pm nowhere is that clear before you book. 60% of the original cost to cancel. Well be warned it's not a lot of money I know but those business ethical are a disgrace. 

Any advise appreciated

We have used most of the car hire company's listed in this thread. I was disappointed at the way we were treated last October by the girl behind the desk at DYS. Would not give up on the extra insurance to the point of being rude. We have never taken extra insurance ever. We will give DYS a miss next time. Our friends were bullied into the extra insurance and again will not use them again either. I always take a few pictures of the cars condition before driving away from the airport an  the same shots on return. And because I had not took extra insurance the girl who took the keys back was very rude. Something unfortunately you have to accept from DAY. Not for me anymore. The petrol hike happens with them all but service is worth paying for.

For me the news is good

not to sure how much Polaris still control on Condado however you can bet the club house the hotel and Town center will be finished prior to the theme park.

I have just completed on a Penthouse and feel lucky to have got it at the price i have and the future is looking a little bit better.

Would be interesting to see your thoughts good and bad.
