I've just read the rules and I have to say they are a good foundation.
I like the one about no noise after 23:00.
Plus one about bad parking.
And one about not putting up signs e.g. for sale signs.
And the one about not putting plant pots on exterior walls.
I also see that overdue debtors over two months should pay a surcharge (RyF)?

PENALTIES.=
Failure to fulfil the prohibitions herein above established by the owner or by the
occupants of the dwellings by any title will result in a penalty set up by the Board of
Directors and which cannot exceed one tenth of the participation share of the owner or
occupant for the current year and in addition to the obligation to restore things to the
original state. If as a result of such unfulfilment of the prohibitions, damages were
produced to the Community or third parties, the offender will be obliged to repair the
damages produced and comply with all claims that may arise.
