I keep telling the Spurs fans here that it is necessary for big clubs to have feeder clubs and it is good to see them developing players up to the standard we require before passing them on to us. They did a good job with Carrick and hopefully have done the same with Berbatov. Hopefully, Campbell will benefit in the same way.
Anyway, can't knock Spurs too much as they at least try to play the Utd way and entertain.
Should be some interesting conversations in the bar in years to come !

Ted, Skell and Oceanaut, make that 4, went through some traumatic times in the 70's and 80's but made up for it since. Where i work there's 2 man u and around 8 Lfc in our dept. got to win tomorrow. Dan and John, nothing wrong with Tottenham, without name dropping cos i don't really know him and if you're old enough to remember Mike England's a member at our Golf club in North Wales, Prestatyn. Former Spurs captain and great player, played in same team as Gilzean, Chivers, Peters, Jenning,Perryman need i go on, I love my footie.

Oceanaut- we were told the BBQ's were removed for safety reason- who would police their use? Then it was decided that the covered seating areas would become gathering places that might cause a noise problem- especially in high season and late at night and again who would police their use and clearing away of bottles, cans etc?. Not sure how accurate this info is although it came from our agent who said that there are an unexpectedly high proportion of full time residents and Polaris could forsee the seating area's becoming a focus for problems. Pity because they were a nice design and a feature for each garden.

Ok guys, way too much talk of footy on this thread, lets leave for the bar which is called Manzano to answer the qustion someone asked before all the football talk !!!
Only kidding guys, I love football really, but as most of you are 'rivals' I've kept quiet !!!
Wonder if they'll get a big screen in the bar for the footy??? Now that would cause problems, probably a lot more than a central seating BBQ area eh ?
