Suffice to say, neither of them appear to post anymore. Probably banned by Justin. It's not for the first...or second...or third time for Just Dan and his multiple personna.  

Fair enough, being as neither of them appear to be owners/renting on the complex then just as well...

At around 1.30pm today, Tuesday, I noted 2 police on foot, at the entrance to the Site and a Police car driving around the Complex. Is this Traffic Enforcement, easily managed, or Flat Panel T.V. Thief Detection, best done during daylight hours, when the Thiefs are at their most dangerous?

Must admit I haven't seen either Local or Guardia around much since last summer, but then I am at work all day so if they only come during the day I will sadly miss them :o(

Hi All

Just returned for CDS after 6 days relaxing in the sun.

While there I had a walk around the complex and noticed the gardens looking quite good, new shrubs and small trees being planted and the grassed areas looking very green. The PM2 c pool is coming on well (pictures posted) and the grassed area aroung PM2 b pool looks much greener than it did in March (pictures posted). PM4's pool area looks good too, couldn't get in to see what PM3 area looks like as there security is up and running which is good to know.

The squaters that were in PM3, and supposedly behind the breakins, were escorted off the complex by the police in April.

Hi Folks,

Came back from CDS about 2 weeks ago and also felt the gardens etc were looking good, just wish something would happen with the half buit hotel however. Also noticed that police presence was becoming more evident, I really think the authorities are beginning to get their act together.

However I was not sold a municipal estate with dogs, squatters, open site with police patrols etc. were you???????

Hardly my idea of holiday or retirement, is it yours?????

Yes Norman we were sold exactly the same as you as was everyone else.

But those of us who have completed and holiday in CDS love the area and enjoy being there. We have made so many new friends that we actually keep in touch when we are in England and with some actually holiday at the same time. We have had renters who also love CDS and have been back a number of times and they are actually considering buying an apartment. So can't be that bad can it????

Have you actually holidayed there because if you had you would see how nice it is????

On another note PM2 AGM is nearing (19th June) hope lots of owners turn up to support the committee.

that is good, very good, no one wishes you more success with your efforts and enjoyment than I.

Whatever your reason for accepting something totally different from what you were sold is a matter for you and how rich you are, if one has sufficient financial reserves you can cover the loss and make the best of things.

Unfortunately I am not in your happy position.

Even more unfortunate is the fact that the crooks who conned us could and can only get away with it because of you and the many like you. The majority of whom only completed because they were persuaded by the crooked lawyers that if they did not, they would lose their deposit, a substantial sum out of most people's savings or assets.

You and many like you are the direct reason that these scams can succeed and will yet continue to succeed.

Some in their hypocrisy have meetings and even post how they are going to take a "class action" and legally recover some financial compensation.

Notwithstanding that you have dropped many of us in the mire.

For my own part, I too like the area and perhaps one day may be more than just a holidaymaker there but I think my plight would have been so much easier if you had not done what you have.

Maria has now opened the subject of group action to recover deposits for those not willing or able to complete on the unsatisfactory apartments.

Hi Norman,

I am VERY interested, as you know. Maria is currently on holiday so I was advised to contact her in the next couple of weeks.

The Mail on Sunday are interested in peoples stories...if anyone wants to be part of it I have to contact the journalist on the 10th August.

I want to know if there is any time limit on a court case?  Speak to you soon.
