Must admit I haven't seen either Local or Guardia around much since last summer, but then I am at work all day so if they only come during the day I will sadly miss them :o(

Latest as i am told is that any car parked on the road between the roundabout (at the entrance) and the bins will be towed away as the construction lorries cannot get past ???

I believe the security guards call the police if any cars are parked there....

Bit of a laugh when contruction seems to stop for months but that is what i have been told

For those that are not already aware, the Urbanisation are in the process of putting up gated fencing around each block. Having taken a walk around the complex this weekend it appear that the Blocks towards the bottom of the complex, past the refuse bins have already got some sort of electronic fob style security.

However, the ones being fitted around Blocks 29-31 are gates that require keys.

Appreciate that this does not stop 'insiders' faking break-ins....

Can anyone tell me who won between Norman and Just Dan ??

I've just wasted a whole lunch break reading this thread to find the 'Norman n Dan Show' similar to Itchy n Scratchy from The Simpsons.....

All I founs out is that Norman isn't happy with his investment and has presumably pulled out and lost his deposit and Dan has wound him up about it despite not being an investor !!!!
