Come on everyone where are all the people who have been moaning and wingeing about Interlaken in this forum for ages. Well now you have an opportunity to maybe do something about it. Twenty owners in PM3 have contacted me in just a week added tp the 40+ already from other PM's and that without too much effort.

Much of the start up work has been done by Bob, Simon and others from PM2 t o   commence legal action against Interlaken/Grupo Aisa as a "group" action by purchasers for mis-representation of sales information by the developer and their agents.

We  are at that stage stage where we need to get all interested parties together, the "group" by establishing a definitive list of interested owners who are willing to pay a share of the legal costs required to go forward. (Any benefit from the action will only be shared between the participants in the action.)

Each community is appointing one individual owner to become a representative for contact and distribution of information/communications for contact with/from the appointed Spanish lawyers and I am the one from PM3.

We hope to instruct Maria del Castro to commence proceeding on (or about) the 30th June 2008, so we need to finalise the list of interested owners as soon as possible.
The more people who join up the better and as timescales are short for people to get on board I would request you to get back to me, your representative or your PM president.

If any of you want to join this action please or want to express an interest in joining the action. Please email the following details.

If you want to keep up to date with what is going on in this issue or any other issue and what people are doing in  your own PM  then why don’t you join the google group and communicate with all the other owners in your community.

If you have any questions, please send me an email and if I can not answer your question then I will forward it to the appropriate person.  You must also remember that the wheels of Spanish law (like ours ) can move quite slowly so if  you don’t see a stream of information from us does not mean nothing is happening.
For those who have already contacted me thankyou
