Red days over Easter???

Can we be advised  the best way to sell our duplex.  Can we for example put a 'for sale' sign on the upstairs terrace or is there another place set aside within the complex for such advertisements?  We don't want to offend anyone.

Hi Christine, 
You are probably better off choosing an agent or a website to market your property. I dont know if it is going to help putting the signs up because mainly only people who come into the complex already own the apartment. Also it does not give very good impression if the complex going to end up with so many signs for sale. I hope it helps, but this is my honest opinion.

Hi Christine

If you check the Community rules that were issued in the KM pack at completion, I think you will find that you are not allowed to put For Sale/ For Rent signs up within the complex. These rules were accepted at the community meeting in June.

I am not best placed to offer you any other advice but possibly contacting local estate agents may be one option, EOS offers the opportunity to advertise properties for sale for a reasonable fee. Also try googling "Advertise property for sale in Spain" & there are loads of options to have a look at.

Will those companies and owners that have erected to rent/for sale signs be told to remove them?
as per article 15 of the community rules
 

Article 15.- The placement of posters, advertisements or notices of any sort is not permitted in communal areas of the buildings, especially on façades and balconies. These advertisements regarding the sale and rental of apartments are to be placed on the notice board in the Main Reception Desk.
