What have other owners done about the holding of Title deeds?
I have asked my solicitor to hold mine for me. However I'm worried that if they close, what would be my position?
I'm thinking about collecting them and giving them to my local solicitor in the UK who is a friend and been around for a long time.
Does anyone know what the situation is if Tiltle deeds are lost.
