Rattan furniture

Has anyone else received a letter from a company called portillo?
My parents were staying at my apartment and said received a letter posted under my door. It is addressed to me but in Spannish.
I have had a go at translating and think they are saying I owe them 140 Euros for electric. I have tried calling the number on the letter but it is out of service and the website is under construction so no further info could be found out.

i have faxed a copy to my solicitor and am awaiting a reply but basically i think the letter is saying they want me to visit their office within 12 days of receipt  or they will cut me off.

My solicitor sorted the utilities when I signed contracts and I pay by direct debit so this has left me a bit confused.

Can anyone shed any light?

Just a thought!

It may be worth checking your Bank statements to see if you have ever paid the connection fee for the electricity. When we were connected we received a bill for 132.24 euros which is fairly similar to the figure that you are being asked to pay. Ours was taken by D/D about a month after completion.

The following were detailed on the bill - 

Contrato de Suminstro Electrico
Cuotas de Acceso
Derechas de Enganche

If these appear on the letter you have received, maybe it will all be explained!
