Spanish mortgage offer - valuations?

Can i make a request that anyone who is completeing next week to take some more photos of the site please!

I havent seen any updated ones since early May and wondered how the sports centre is getting on since its suppose to open by the end of June.  We are on Jardin 5 and back on to it so am interested to see how it looks.

Also does the golf course have any "green" on it at all yet?  Apparently the driving range should be open by the end of June so it should have some grass by now!

I have posted some updated photos of the the Jardines after completing the snagging for clients. These were from the 30th May and then the first week in June.

I will be back on the resort on Monday so will take some others for you and post next week.

We are in a similar situation, on Jardine 5, backing onto the Sports Centre, it would be great to see how they are getting on with it so we know whether we will be completing with a building site at the back of us!

Due to complete on 1 August, can't wait!

Ebeechey, if you can sneak onto Jardine 5 to take some photos it would be VERY much appreciated, you are so lucky being out there all the time, we could do with having a job swap for the day, although not sure the weather in Leeds would compete at the moment with your sunshine!

Thanks for the offer of the job swap!! Happy to swap the 2 kids, 2 great dane dogs and husband if you want. I am sure they will settle in Leeds!!!
