Due to move back to UK.....Items for sale

Hello People,

You will come to know me as the person having the most daft moments on this forum.
Can anyone help me fill out the form for the buildings and contents insurance please?
I've done most bits but a bit stuck on

Individual or legal entity
Spanish bank details - entity, control digits
postcode and town of insured dwelling
Warranties & premiums with no excess - what am i putting in the dotted lines?

Have just joined this forum I am not much help with the Insurance Form as I hav'nt started to complete mine yet! There is so much paper work, I noticed you are on Jardine 5 so are we and  due to complete 14th Aug on a ground floor apartment. Are you due  to complete around that time or before? Its getting so close and a little scary.  Good luck with the form.

We are completing on 31st July - hopefully. We are number 526 so might see you later on in the year. We are planning to go out again sep/oct time to get all the furniture, white goods, change locks etc.

I have used the 'individual' box in relation to the personal details.  As regards the bank details you should have a bank account number of 20 digits, first four is 'entity' second four is 'branch' next two are the 'control digits' and the remaining ten is the account number.

Buildings:  Whatever you wish to ensure your buildings for e.g €125.000
Contents:  Whatever you wish to ensure your contents for e.g €12.000
Total premium:  Whatever the annual cost is.  e.g €224.51

You write these costs in the boxes and not on the dotted lines.

I have left the postcode blank, the town is 'Alhama'
