We left PW at 9.30 in the morning and did not get back to their HQ until about 11.20/11.30 am. We also needed to visit CAM Bank in San Javier and they are only open until lunchtime, but our snagging appointment had been arranged for 12.00 noon. The Parador rep rang PW to say we would be late for our snagging appointment.
It was all a bit hectic that day but we managed to fit everything in - we were lucky that PW accommodated us with the snagging much later in the afternoon - must have been about 3.30 pm before we got there.
It is quite a long job in Murcia collecting your NIE numbers. You don't have to queue but you go and sit in a cafe nearby until the PW rep comes to fetch you and take you to the front of the queue!
On completion day at the Notary's office, we were not that long but we were only doing Power of Attorney. I think the people that did complete without the Habitation Certificate were about 1 to 2 hours!
