We would like to know if anyone else out there are purchasing through parador in the Costa Blanca? and if so are they having as many problems as us and our friends. We have come to realise that the lawyers these agents use are working for them, not us b ut we have lost so much money through all of this we cannot afford to take on a private lawyer.

Thanks Janice! Nice to know we are not alone it has been a hard slog for us to get where we are today, but we think it will be a while yet even though parador has e-mailed us to say the house is nearly ready. They are in Swansea tomorrow and just like the other guy we feel like going and causing a scene, we know it won't get us anywhere though as it has already been tried.

Hi Janice, Thanks for your quick reply , we are only just getting to grips with the computer so hope this reaches you. It is nice to know that we are not alone with these problems, it has been a hard slog to get where we are today. We have a long way to go yet even though Parador has e-mailed us to say the house is nearly ready, we were there last week and it is no where near finished. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. It's such a worry, I realy do sympathise with you. Tell your story on here and at least it will warn others not to use them. Tell everyone you talk to, from the postman to every person you meet every day. When you know the company is having an exhibition in your town, write to your local newspaper telling your story. I think most newspapers would be interested, human interest.
I hope you all resolve your problems soon.
