Hi, Thinking of buying in Marina de la Alcaidesa, does anyone know much about the area. Are the beaches there blue flag ?
is it an emerging market area ?

sp, Alcaidesa is very popular at the moment because there are so many expats that work in Gibraltar and it's only 15 minutes away.
There's not really a lot in the area, in my opinion, but it seems well kept and they have some nice golf courses around there, if you're into that sort of thing.
