I'm wanting to use a friends Jet Ski in Spain next Summer. It's Uk registered

I have an ICC sail & power certificate, do I need any other certificate or qualification to use a jetski in Spain?

 You do need a licence to use a jet ski in Spain but I don't know if your licence will cover you.

I would have thought so but I would be interested in knowing the actual answer to this question too.
