Any recommendations for places to eat plus places to see - in Toledo?

I noticed that Justin visited Toledo in the summer, and wondered whether he (or anybody else that has been there) can recommend good, cheap restaurants in Toledo? We have just arrived here, and have exhausted ourselves walking around today so may eat somewhere close to our hotel tonight, but may feel more energetic tomorrow! Unfortunately the Alcazar and El Greco Museum are both closed for works!!!
