New Healthcare Scheme for Valencia

On September 29th, 2009 the Valencia Government published details on the new private healthcare scheme which will start to operate a month from this date.
The scheme is designed for people with no entitlement to free healthcare in Spain.

Hi Reberto,
This is very interesting, I wonder if Catalunya is going to do the same thing?
At the moment just living in Catalunya gives you the right to health care. This is the same as UK. It matters not if you have never paid into the system. Same as UK.

I imagine even Catalunya adopts a similar policy, those already in the system will be unaffected. But who knows?
