I started a thread way back last November about buying a penthouse from PW and it never materialising. We consequently instructed Spanish solicitors who have informed me that it could take up to 18 months for us to see any of our 70K. I'd be interested to hear from anyone who has been successful in getting their money back?

This is the 3rd new thread you've started about Polaris World !  In the previous threads yours was the only post.
Others were
The idea is that you post further on original thread, not keep starting new threads. (There's actually many other similar threads so imagine how many threads we'd have if everyone started a new thread each time we posted).
I do sympathise with your situation, do not think I don't.
I'm just trying to explain how the forum works.

Jean, Aruna actually started the thread.
and has posted too, in
Aruna, if you type 'polaris' into the search facility it throws up many threads. Seems many are not happy with PW. This message was last edited by morerosado on 13/07/2009.
