Hi,
Who know show are the prices there ? I'm interested in townhouse,atico and studio not in the 1st,2nd line but not more that 1km fron the sea.Thanks

Hi Natalia,
Denia prices seem to vary according to what they have to offer - the complex we are on has an it suite with computers, (skype) available, wifi also at all times, saunas, fitness suite etc all free to use to apartment owners which seems to keep their value up as they offer so much and within a 5 minute walk to the beach. If the complex doesn't have so much to offer then I think you may be able to buy more reasonable but you then have to fund the phonelines, internet access etc yourself.
Are you looking to buy a place you can work/run a business from?
