Bit late More, have been away in London myself celebrating hubbys 50th!! Happy Birthday for yesterday, hope you had a good one, shame you couldnt time it so you were still in spain to celebrate!

I have some fantastic friends on EOS. I've been inundated with cards, e-cards, PMs & e-mails over a couple of days wishing me a happy 60th. Many thanks .

We've been spending many weeks at a time at our home in Spain where we're not online.
We were there March 1st to 25th & will be there May 6th to June 12th I also have many other projects on the go so haven't the time to help as much.
I'm thinking of going on our community committee (though the other committee members don't know it yet .) I have a proposer & seconder. My OH muttered 'over MY dead body !!'. Someone (a male) left the committee recently saying it was because they (the rest are females) only talked about Bingo & Corrie so that's obviously why nothing much is ever sorted out. I have my own opinions.  I'm going to do a community website too if I find time. There's not enough hours in my day though. I like being busy, be great if I was paid.

Hi Laury, thanks for the good wishes.
Yes, we missed each other this recent trip but I knew you had things on your mind what with your auntie's funeral etc so I didn't bother you.
We're over May 6th till June 12th so we will meet then if it works out you're around with your OH one weekend.
My day was excellent thanks. Gave my brand new bus pass an outing too.
