Hello there,
I am new to eye on spain, just wanted to say hello, I have been reading some the threads this morning and I would like to say what a good way of finding out litle nuggets of informatiom=n!!.

Hi Nerwilly, welcome, you are right this is a great site to learn more about owning a property in Spain. I bough an apartment in Tenerife a couple of years ago. This is a great site to hear of any changes in tax laws etc. As well as being able to give support to others. Welcome.
