Local Moving Company

Can someone recomend a firm that will do a local move? It can be Spanish but I'd like an English firm if possible. We're moving to a different appartment. When we did out first move we simply called the same company that moved us over to Europe, but the move from Germany to Spain we didn't save any of the info
