Hi everyone,
some of you may recognise that I have been posting lately regarding securing a mortgage for an apartment. I had some dealings with the Halifax and said that I had been let down badly by them. I can now give the full details, so for anyone who is contemplating applying for a mortgage with Halifax Espana through a broker PLEASE, PLEASE pm me for details of what happened to me, so you can maybe avoid spending a lot of money to then not get a mortgage. Please remember that the Offer in Principle means nothing, but it does mean a commission to a broker.
