Digital Radio in Spain

Does anyone know whether a DAB digital radio will work in Spain?

I brought one over last year and couldn't get a peep !! so took it back to the UK.

Not in the Dolores area i'm afraid.

Luckily the DAB radios have FM too or we'd be snookered.

i think you can only get dab uk stations via internet or satalite over here.

Thanks folks. That idea's out the window then. The other half has an IPod thingy and thought if he bought a set of speakers that also incorporated a DAB radio it would save a piece of kit.

I took mine over last year and couldnt get any stations at all.

We were bought one as a gift, with the Ipod connections, for Christmas. Couldnt get any English channels at all but thought we just needed a bit of time to fiddle with it. Radio Azul seemed to have a lot of english music with Spanish announcers and DJ's and was the best we came up with. It remains in Spain though and will probably be used for the Ipods now, glad we caught this thread as it'll save us wasting our time.
