Injured Stray Dog - Help Needed

A lady called Marie has just posted a question on my blog here at EOS - the entry was Living In Spain with Stray Dogs. She asked about what should she do about a dog with a broken leg being left outside her casa, and I am a little bit concerned, as she didn't say what area she lived in.
I have given her a little advice, but also asked her to post here, as there may be someone reading this board living in the area she lives in.
I hope she gets some help, or comes back here for more advice.

We dont know where 'Marie' lives...
She appears to be one of those people who pose a question on a forum or a reply to a blogpost and then disappears never to be heard of again!
Damned annoying to those who take the time and trouble to research an answer, but you just can't help some people!
