bear in mind that if you use a UK based lawyer they will probably also have a Spanish based associate and it will likely increase your legal costs - most lawyers representing clients that are based in Spain will collaborate with a Spanish based company as there will need to be a lawyer present for completion so they also act in tandem with a Spanish based lawyer as well.

Whilst Smiley is correct, the lawyers have branches in Spain as well, the potential of any extra cost is offset in my opinion by the "availability" of the lawyers in the uk and the cost of calls to them.
