Looking for property to rent from 7/1/09 to 21/1/09 Manilva/duquesa area if possible

Hi,

We have completed on a house near Duquesa this year but have major problems, not only with things going badley wrong in the house but also with a tenant who has been in the house since August, but paid no rent or utility bills.

We are coming out to Spain on 7th January to see if we can actually get some problems sorted out as the agent who origianlly did the rental has washed there hands of the whole situation and we are trying to get legal advice/action against the tenant.

We need somewhere to rent from 7/1/09 for 2 weeks in Malilva/Duquesa/Sabinalis area, while we are there, but obviously cannot afford anything with a high rent as we are still paying our mortgage and the utility bills of this tenant.

We have managed to get reasonable flights to Gibrralta, and cheap car hire.

There is just myself and my husband, mature adults and both non-smokers.

Can anybody help with very reasonable rental.

We are now going for a shorter time, 10 days, and hoping a friend who is in Spain will be able to find us accomodation 'on a shoe string'

Just means we will have to keep moving to meet with all the people who we need to see to help get us out of this mess!!!!
