Entertainment on the Costa Blanca

Just a quick note to inform everyone that doesn't already know, Queen the rock group are in concert on the 24th October.
They are playing at the Estadio Nueva Condomina Murcia, i am not sure if there are tickets available.

Found your post interesting. 

A friend of mine yesterday received a phone call saying that the 2 tickets he supposedly was after for this concert were ready and asking for his credit card number.  He had the common sense not to give out any details.

However it must have been "cold calling" as he had never expressed any interest in this concert to anybody.  The young woman on the phone then said he could go along to the Torrejoven Hotel today and pay there.  She said she would phone back but did not.

He then phoned the Hotel who confirmed there was a concert not at the Torrejoven Hotel but somewhere in Murcia.

Anyone else been phoned like this?  Are they looking to sell more seats?

That call your friend had sounds a bit dodgy doesn't it, i saw the information about the concert on the Costa Blanca News, it is always advisable to purchase tickets from a reputable source, when i was looking for more info on the Net, one of the outlets for tickets was Cajamurcia.es.
My wife and i would have liked to have seen it, but we came back from our latest visit on 2nd October, the Stadium has a capacity of 31,000 so it should create a fantastic atmosphere.
