Should a lawyer prove to be unsatisfactory or fails to carry out instructions, is there a professional body who will arbitrate?

Are Spanish lawyers subject to regulatory law?

If we are not satisfied with our lawyer and matters not resolved, what should we do?

There are Provintial Bar Associations and the National Council of Lawyers
There are National Regulations , a  Spanish Code of Ethics for Lawyers  and a  Code of Ethics of European Lawyers. ( English version)
Of course Lawyers are also under Spanish Constitution and Law. Needless to say.
