Does this mean that PM have woken up and the Town Hall have started to get paper work going after such a long time? See how long that lasts, who's up for a bet?

Update on the El Saltador site, builders are still on site and the 3 new villas are coming along quite well, also lots of plasterers and painters about, though as you are all aware by now, speed is always an issue with spanish builders.  Police visted the area a few weeks ago checking on local building sites, but from the conversations that passed with some of the residents of El Saltador and the officers,  the Parra Mellado site is O.K, so at least that is a weight off the mind.No  much else to tell , still nothing on the first licences, but we have been told they should start coming through pretty soon, as some one else has earlier remarked, I think the builder wants to keep the money coming in.
