Has anyone heard of a company called Costadifference, or has anyone bought a mobile home through them?

They say they are the largest mobile and park home resale company on the Costa Del Sol.

I am interested in hearing other peoples experience of park home living in Spain. In England there are tenancy rights on residential parks. Does this also apply in Spain?
