can anyone please recommend a really good agent for letting my spanish holiday home, or a good internet one. i dont want to pay out a load of money to an agent that does nothing, anyone got any advice?

That's not bad going at all is it? 4 bookings more than covers the outlay.

Hi Noreen, also try holiday rentals.co.uk if you spend a little bit more you can advertise specially to the french & germans, big holiday makers and spenders. think the additional advert is about £69 per country, so you only need a couple of bookings to cover your cost and you are advertising to a couple of hundred thousend more people.
