If you are actually serious and not simply trying to advertise your website the way you were before, as a US citizen you can buy property in Spain. It costs whatever you want to pay (within reason) depending on what you want to buy. If it is in the coastal areas of Spain you can probably buy something for about 150,000€ rising to 100,000,000€ or possibly more. Considering the weakness of the dollar at the moment it is probably more expensive than the States. Raising finance for a US citizen while possible is a little more complicated than it is for non resident Europeans but possible nevertheless.
