Key Holder required for 2 apartments - 1 in VillaMartin and 1 in La Mata

VillaMartin apartment in 2 bedroom apartment

La Mata is a 3 bedroom apartment

I only require one Keyholder to do manage the above for both properties ideally not two separate keyholders
