Cubic Meters

Looking at shipping some goods out UK 2 Spain can some tell me what the cube is of  the area ive got is 40inch x 115inch x 80inch what is the cubic meter. THANKS

1x3x2=6

So are we saying it's 6 cubic mtrs

no....I am saying the measurements you gave on here in feet and in inches, have an approximate size to the metric ones I suggested.   i havnt measured or multiplied the measurements, but if it helps, thats what it seems to be.

If you get a tape measure and measure it in metric, then multiply the width x length x depth, it will tell you the number of cubic metres.

Can you do that, it will be more accurate..

If you want it precisely, 1 inch is exactly 2.54cm (ie 0.0254m), so 40in=1.016m, 115in=2.921m, 80in=2.032m

1.016 x 2.921 x 2.032 = 6.03044 metres.
