Hello.

I would like to contact with buyers in the following promotions (purchase from Mirador through Palmera), as there are serious problems and irregularities in them:

Fuente de Piedra (Phase I and II)
La Perla de Mirador
Villanueva del Rosario Link Detached Villas

Please, if you know someone buying in them or can pass me the details of some lawyers working in it, please contact me. The best idea is join together and make more pressure over them.

You can find a very interesting article about this subject (in Spanish), regarding the criminal claim that has been served against both companies recently about those promotions:

http://www.elpais.com/articulo/andalucia/Todo/catalogo/anomalias/elpepuespand/20070909elpand_9/Tes

You can find other article about the criminal claim in this online bulletin (“El Observador”) that shows real state irregularities, frauds and problems similar to this one:

Please, be very careful in your purchasing and do not sign any document, do not pay even an euro without the advising of a trustable lawyer (of course, not the one the real state suggests).

Many thanks.

Look on the thread entitled, Palmera Properties, where many of us have joined the Costa Del Sol Action Group to fight against Palmera and their crooked associates. Palmera are trying to aportion the whole blame onto Mirador and other builders elsewhere, but facts are, a majority of the money was never handed over  to any developer but simply squandered or personally invested, to benefit Palmeras thieving and lying directors. They are guilty as hell.

Since you are acting for some of the Fuente de Piedra (non) linked villas clients Patricia,  do you know if Mirador have or are ever likely to apply for a licence of first habitation for those houses???
